WELCOME TO THE TOMMY’S FAMILY!

ALWAYS ON THE WATER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

As a Tommy’s new boat owner, you are part of an exclusive group that includes our

Always on the Water™ promise. At Tommy’s, we are passionate about keeping you and

your family on the water. If you are ever experiencing a boating critical issue,* we will

provide priority service and make available a loaner boat,

pending availability, during your first year of ownership.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

If you are experiencing a Boating Critical Issue, call your Tommy’s dealership. You’ll be scheduled for an inspection and receive a plan outlining the timeline for repairs. Pending availability and the repair timeline, a loaner boat will be made available, at the GM’s discretion.

WHAT ARE BOATING CRITICAL ISSUES*?

Engine/Transmission/V-Drive Failure Unsecure Tower

Unable to Start Boat Major Water Leaks**

Surf Gate/Power Wedge Failure** Trailer Failure

Note: *Failures due to operator error, corrosion, recalls, neglect, cosmetic defects, audio and stereo defects, acts of God, and salt water issues are NOT considered boating critical issues and will need a regularly scheduled appointment. Always on the Water excludes commercial use boats and all salt water boats.

WHAT IF MY BOAT BREAKS DOWN?

Your service is our top priority. Just call or text the Service Team at your local dealership to set up your appointment to drop off your boat. We will make an evaluation for the next steps and work to get you back on the water as soon as possible. Please note, the customer is responsible for dropping the boat off at the dealership.

IF A LOANER BOAT IS NECESSARY, WHAT ARE THE STEPS I NEED TO TAKE?

Depending on the length of time needed to make repairs, the GM will authorize the use of a loaner boat. The customer is responsible for picking up and returning the Loaner Boat to the dealership.

You will need to bring the following with you prior to using the loaner boat:

• Driver’s License

• Extend insurance to the loaner boat and show loaner boat coverage on your policy and name Tommy’s as an additional insured under P&I (Protection and Indemnity Insurance) or Watercraft Liability.

Upon checking out the loaner boat you will need to:

• Sign the Loaner Boat Liability Waiver.

• A Tommy’s team member will take photos of the loaner boat prior to departure and upon return.

• Upon return of the loaner boat, gas must be filled to the level when received.

• All loaners boats will include (2) dock liners, (2) fenders, and (4) life jackets and throw cushion.

HOW LONG WILL I BE ABLE TO UTILIZE THE LOANER BOAT?

This will be on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the store’s General Manager. This program is meant to keep our customers on the water for times you need a boat. This program is NOT meant to be permanent use of a boat until your boat is repaired. Customer will be responsible for insurance coverage and fuel.
